I contacted Jesse Bernheim after a falldown accident several years ago. Jesse and staff worked diligently on my case. Once Suit was filed he assigned my case to Lou Battista.

He was awesome! Besides always keeping me in the loop regarding my case he put forth a great presentation at my Mediation. I had attended several as an adjuster and never saw any other attorney go so above and beyond to make sure the adjuster was aware of all the important aspects of my case.

Also, each and everytime I reached out to him either by phone or email he always responded promptly- something I have found to be truly rare in this business.

Sandy, his Paralegal was great as well. She too always responded almost immediately even unexpectedly replying to emails well outside of business hours- and she never made me feel like I was bothering her.
