Ryan Crivella

Ryan dedicates his practice to representing the people who need help most: those severely injured by corporations that put their own profits ahead of people, or by negligent individuals.  He is driven to protect the public from danger by his dual passions for public health and civil justice.  His multi-disciplinary, yet litigation and technology focused background, enables him to quickly grasp complex, disparate, and often conflicting pieces of information.  Even more importantly, he can translate and convey complex legal ideas to a jury in simple and understandable terms.

Ryan also brings a unique technical perspective and business acumen to client matters through his extensive experience as a computer scientist and electronic discovery consultant. In addition to regularly speaking on the use of electronically stored information (ESI) as evidence, Ryan has helped hundreds of law firms engaged in over twenty-five pharmaceutical and medical device multi-district litigations by managing e-discovery projects and identifying the facts needed for depositions and trial.

“When you file a lawsuit, you bring the wrongdoer into court to answer for what they have done. You level the playing field between average people and those with money and power. Shining a light on injustice is what I do. Nothing disinfects like sunlight.”

– Ryan Crivella
