Jesse Bernheim is one of the founding partners of Bernheim Dolinsky Kelley, and his outsize accomplishments from the earliest moments of his legal career make him a noteworthy force to be reckoned with. Born and raised in New Jersey, he attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and received a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance.

This expertise is the reason that he still serves as the primary point of contact for most prospective clients, and prides himself on tirelessly serving the needs of his clientele

Walter Kelley

Walter Kelley is a founding partner of Bernheim Dolinsky Kelley, and the managing partner of the firm’s Boston office. Walter lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts with his wife Alicia and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters. Walter has devoted his entire legal career to helping injury victims with products liability claims.

Mr. Reilly is the managing attorney at Bernheim and Dolinsky’s Louisville, Kentucky office.  He received a B.A. from University of Kentucky in English and Political Science and Juris Doctorate from University of Dayton School of Law.

Alexandra Brady

Attorney Alexandra Brady graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs and a minor in Business. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Louis Battista

Louis is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney who has successfully litigated catastrophic brain and spinal cord injury and wrongful death cases statewide for more than 22 years. He has the distinction of being an AV rated attorney, selected as a member to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Christina Shuman

Ryan Crivella
